从中国东盟命运共同体到人类命运共同体——发展新时代的中国东南亚关系

From China-ASEAN Destiny Community to Human Destiny——Developing the New era of China-Southeast Asia Relations

进入21世纪以来,高科技和互联网日新月异,世界在向前发展的同时,也面临诸多问题和前所未有的挑战,全球化与逆全球化并存,美国在特朗普上台后推行单边主义,令人忧虑。不过,海陆相交的中国和东南亚依然维持快速增长的势头,双方历史交往密切,当今双边政治、经济、文化交流活跃,互惠互利。中国已提出建设命运共同体的命题,从与周边的老挝等国家做起,再到与东盟以及整个亚洲,最后一起建设人类命运共同体,这是一条切实可行,也是可以期待的路径。

Since the beginning of the 21 st century,with the rapid development of high technology and the internet,the world develops forward while also faces many problems and unprecedented challenges. Globalization and antiglobalization exist side by side,and the United States has been pursuing unilateralism since Trump came to power.However,China and Southeast Asian countries,where the sea and land meet,still maintain rapid growth,the two sides have close historical interactions, and today remains active bilateral political, economic, cultural communications and mutually beneficial. China has put forward the proposition of building a community of destiny,starting with neighboring countries such as Laos,then building a community of human destiny with ASEAN and the whole of Asia,and finally building a community of human destiny together. This is a feasible and desirable path.
