摘要 通过测定700MPa级高强韧热轧钢CCT曲线和临界冷却速率,通过光学显微镜研究不同冷却速率对金相组织的影响.研究表明:700MPa级高强韧热轧钢CCT曲线的Ac1为617℃,Ac3为817℃,Ms为493℃.冷却速度大于5℃/s时珠光体组织消失,冷却速率为20℃/s对应金相组织出现贝氏体,冷却速率为145℃/s对应金相组织出现全马氏体.确定该钢种的临界冷却速率为145℃/s. In this paper,the CCT curve and critical cooling rate of 700 MPa high strength and toughness steel plate as-hot rolled were measured,and the influence of different cooling rates on the microstructure was studied by optical microscope.The study showed that Ac1 of CCT curve of 700 MPa high strength and toughness steel plate as-hot rolled was 617℃,and Ac3 817℃,Ms 493℃.The pearlite structure disappeared when the cooling rate was greater than 5/s.The bainite in metallographic structure was found corresponding to the cooling rate of 20℃/s,and the martensite in metallographic structure appeared corresponding to the cooling rate of 145℃/s.The critical cooling rate of the steel was 145 ℃/s.
