微信视角下大学生健身活动印象管理策略探究——以华南师范大学为例

Research on Impression Management Problems and Strategies of College Students Fitness Activities from the Perspective of WeChat——Taking South China Normal University as an Example

摘要 大学生作为新时代的主力军,担负着民族复兴的使命.研究以华南师范大学为案例,随机选取120名大学生作为样本,结合分析法、访谈法和简单描述统计法对样本数据进行剖析,结果表明青年大学生利用微信进行健身活动的印象管理存在着动机偏离、内容失衡和认知偏差等问题,为此提出树立正确的印象管理动机、合理利用微信印象管理功能、正确的认识自我美化策略以及多途径加强间接印象管理等对策建议. As the main force of the new era,young college students are shouldering the mission of national rejuvenation.Taking the South China Normal University as a case,the research randomly selected 120 college students as samples,combined with content analysis,in-depth interviews and mathematical statistics to analyze the sample data.The results showed that the impression management of youth college students using WeChat for fitness activities had some problems,such as motivation deviation,content imbalance and cognitive bias.Therefore,the research put forward the effective strategies and suggestions to promote the impression management of young college students,such as setting up correct impression management motivation,using WeChat impression management function reasonably and correctly understanding self-beautification.
