现代学徒制“双资历”学分认证转换路径探索——以投资与理财现代学徒制专业试点办学为例 被引量:1

摘要 现代学徒制"跨群育人"办学特征,链接了"岗位成才"职教平台上纵向并列的学习、工作、培训和考证等培养形式,奠定了横向相互融合的学分认证累积转换的学分银行制度基础;充分发挥"跨群育人"制度优势,针对学徒"双资历"多种学习成果认证累积转换的特点,形成专业教学标准研制、学习成果认证单元库建设和学习成果认证单元模板使用方法的认证转换流程;在此基础上,针对中职学分、培训学分和业绩学分分别实施"全要素比例认证转换"、"业务证书要素认证转换"和"岗位业绩技能认证转换",从而形成了完整的"双资历"学分认证转换方案,开拓了学分银行业务的新局面。 The modern apprenticeship is featured with ’cross-group educating’ linking the training forms of learning, working, training and certificates’ testing on the ’job-based professionals’ vocational education platform. The new mode is regarded as a foundation of credits bank system for the cumulative conversion of credit certification.The paper argues that the system can establish its certification conversion process centering on development of professional teaching standards, construction of learning achievement attestation cell library and learning achievement certification. Accordingly, three certification conversion forms are built: the credits of secondary vocational education with the full factor ratio, the credits of vocational training with the working certificates, and the credits of working performance with the job performance skills. These ’dual-qualification’ credits certification conversion program will open up a new road for credits bank business.
