摘要
为了探讨玻璃酸钠滴眼液在白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术术后的应用效果,本研究选取我院收治的白内障患者104例104眼,所有患者采用白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术治疗,同时根据术后治疗方法分为观察组(51例51眼)和对照组(53例53眼),对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予0.3%玻璃酸钠滴眼液,分别观察术后1周和1个月两组干眼症状评分、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、泪液分泌试验(SIt)、角膜荧光素染色(FL)评分,以及IL-6和TNF-α的浓度水平。结果显示:观察组术后1周和1个月干眼症状评分、FL评分,以及IL-6和TNF-α浓度均显著低于对照组(p<0.05);而观察组术后1周和1个月的BUT和SIt均高于对照组(p<0.05)。由此结果表明:白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术后应用玻璃酸钠滴眼液,可有效改善患者干眼症状,增强泪膜稳定性,有助于眼表功能的恢复。
In order to investigate the effect of sodium hyaluronate eye drops after phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation, 104 cases(104 eyes) of cataract patients treated in our hospital were selected. All patients were treated with phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation, and the patients were divided into the observation group(51 cases/51 eyes) and the control group(53 cases/53 eyes) according to the postoperative treatments. The control group was given conventional treatment, and the observation group was given 0.3% sodium hyaluronate eye drops on the basis of the control group. The dry eye symptom score, tear film break-up time(BUT), tear secretion test(SIt) and corneal fluorescein staining(FL) score and the concentration levels of IL-6 and TNF-α were observed in the two groups after one week and one month. Results showed that the dry eye symptom score, FL score, and the concentrations of IL-6and TNF-α were significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group(p<0.05) after one week and one month. However, BUT and SIt were higher in the observation group than those in the control group(p<0.05)after one week and one month. This study demonstrated that the application of sodium hyaluronate eye drops after phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation could effectively improve the symptoms of dry eye,enhance the stability of tear film, and help the recovery of ocular surface function.
