摘要
目的探讨经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术与钬激光碎石术对上尿路结石患者的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2017年5月至2018年5月我院收治的174例上尿路结石患者的临床资料,根据手术方式的不同分为研究组(经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术, 58例)与对照组(经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术, 116例)。比较两组的临床指标、结石清除率以及手术安全性。结果与对照组比较,研究组的术中出血量较少,手术时间较长,住院时间较短,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。研究组的一次结石清除率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的术后并发症发生率为1.72%,低于对照组的12.07%(P <0.05)。结论与经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术相比,对上尿路结石患者行经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术,可有效减少术中出血量,提高一次结石清除率,且安全性较高。
Objective To explore the application effect of percutaneous nephroscope pneumatic lithotripsy and holmium laser lithotripsy on patients with upper urinary tract calculi.Methods The clinical data of 174 cases of patients with upper urinary tract calculi admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were analyzed retrospectively.According to the different surgical methods,174 cases of patients were divided into study group(percutaneous nephroscope holmium laser lithotripsy,58 cases)and control group(percutaneous nephroscope pneumatic lithotripsy,116 cases).The clinical indicators,stone clearance rate and operation safety of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the intraoperative blood loss of the study group was less,the operation time was longer,and the hospitalization time was shorter,with statistical differences(P<0.05).The one-time stone clearance rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications of the study group was 1.72%,lower than 12.07% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with percutaneous nephroscope pneumatic lithotripsy,percutaneous nephroscope holmium laser lithotripsy on patients with upper urinary tract calculi can effectively reduce the intraoperative blood loss,and improve the one-time stone clearance rate,with higher safety.
