乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合甲硝唑栓治疗滴虫性阴道炎的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Lactobacillus Vaginal Capsules Combined with Metronidazole Suppository in the Treatment of Trichomonas Vaginitis

目的观察乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合甲硝唑栓治疗滴虫性阴道炎患者的效果。方法选取2016年5月至2018年2月我院收治的150例滴虫性阴道炎患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各75例。对照组采用甲硝唑栓治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗。观察两组患者的治疗效果,以及3个月、 6个月后的复发情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为93.33%,明显高于对照组的74.67%(P <0.05)。观察组3个月、 6个月后复发率分别为8.00%、 21.33%,均明显低于对照组的29.33%、45.33%(P <0.05)。结论采用乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合甲硝唑栓治疗滴虫性阴道炎患者,能够明显提高患者的治疗效果,降低其复发率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of lactobacillus vaginal capsules combined with metronidazole suppository in the treatment of patients with trichomonas vaginitis.Methods 150 cases of patients with trichomonas vaginitis admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to February 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metronidazole suppository,while the observation group was treated with lactobacillus vaginal capsules on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect and the recurrence after 3 months and 6 months of two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 93.33%,significantly higher than 74.67% of the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rates after 3 months and 6 months of the observation group were respectively 8.00% and 21.33%,significantly lower than 29.33%and 45.33% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Lactobacillus vaginal capsules combined with metronidazole suppository in the treatment of patients with trichomonas vaginitis can significantly improve the treatment effect,and reduce the recurrence rate,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
