摘要
目的探讨急诊集束化治疗急性心力衰竭患者的效果及对心肺功能的影响。方法选取我院2016年6月至2018年6月收治的120例急性心力衰竭患者,分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组采用常规急诊治疗,观察组采用急诊集束化治疗,比较两组患者的急诊室治疗时间、短期症状改善时间、住院时间和治疗前后心肺指标水平。结果观察组的急诊室治疗时间、短期症状改善时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗前,两组的心率、血氧饱和度、动脉血氧分压、收缩压比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的心率、血氧饱和度、动脉血氧分压、收缩压均明显优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论急诊集束化治疗急性心力衰竭患者的效果显著,可有效改善患者的心肺功能,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the effect of emergency clustering in the treatment of patients with acute heart failure and the influence on cardiopulmonary function.Methods 120 cases of patients with acute heart failurein admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were selected and divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received conventional emergency treatment,while the observation group received emergency clustering treatment.The emergency treatment time,improvement time of short-term symptoms,hospitalization time and the levels of heart and lung indicators before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The emergency treatment time,improvement time of short-term symptoms and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,no statistical difference was found in the heart rate,blood oxygen saturation,arterial oxygen partial pressure and systolic pressure between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the heart rate,blood oxygen saturation,arterial oxygen partial pressure and systolic pressure of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Emergency clustering in the treatment of patients with acute heart failure has significant effect,can effectively improve patients’ cardiopulmonary function,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
