滑膜炎颗粒联合红外线局部照射治疗膝关节创伤性滑膜炎的临床研究

Clinical Study on Synovitis Granules Combined with Infrared Local Radiation in the Treatment of Traumatic Synovitis of Knee Joint

目的探讨滑膜炎颗粒联合红外线局部照射治疗膝关节创伤性滑膜炎的临床疗效。方法选取2015年1月至2017年12月我院收治的60例膝关节创伤性滑膜炎患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例。对照组仅给予红外线局部照射治疗,治疗组给予滑膜炎颗粒口服联合红外线局部照射治疗,观察比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后的VAS评分、不良反应情况。结果治疗组的总有效率为93.33%,明显高于对照组的73.33%(P <0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的VAS评分明显降低(P <0.05),且治疗组的VAS评分低于对照组(P <0.05)。两组患者均未出现明显不良反应。结论滑膜炎颗粒联合红外线局部照射能改善膝关节创伤性滑膜炎患者的关节疼痛、肿胀及活动受限等症状,且操作简便、损伤少、疗效高、无明显不良反应,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of synovitis granules combined with infrared local radiation in the treatment of traumatic synovitis of knee joint.Methods 60 cases of patients with traumatic synovitis of knee joint admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was only treated with infrared local radiation,while the treatment group was treated with oral synovitis granules combined with infrared local radiation.The clinical curative effect,VAS scores before and after treatment and adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,significantly higher than 73.33% of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the VAS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).No significant adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusions Synovitis granules combined with infrared local radiation can improve the symptoms of knee joint pain,swelling and movement limitation in patients with traumatic synovitis of knee joint,with simple operation,less injury,high curative effect,and without obvious adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
