酚磺乙胺联合氨甲苯酸治疗肺结核合并咯血患者的效果研究

Study on the Effect of Etamsylate Combined with Aminomethylbenzoic Acid in the Treatment of Patients with Tuberculosis Complicated with Hemoptysis

目的探讨酚磺乙胺联合氨甲苯酸治疗肺结核合并咯血患者的临床效果。方法选取我院2016年5月至2018年7月收治的60例肺结核合并咯血患者,根据治疗方案不同将其分为对照组和研究组各30例。对照组单纯给予酚磺乙胺治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用氨甲苯酸治疗,比较两组患者的临床效果。结果研究组的临床总有效率为93.3%,明显高于对照组的70.0%(P <0.05)。研究组的不良反应发生率为6.7%,显著低于对照组的26.7%(P <0.05)。结论采用酚磺乙胺联合氨甲苯酸治疗肺结核合并咯血具有显著的临床效果,可缓解患者的临床症状,降低不良反应发生率,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of etamsylate combined with aminomethylbenzoic acid in the treatment of patients with tuberculosis complicated with hemoptysis.Methods 60 cases of patients with tuberculosis complicated with hemoptysis admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to July 2018 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to different treatment schemes,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was only treated with the etamsylate,while the study group was treated with aminomethylbenzoic acid on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical total effective rate of the study group was 93.3%,significantly higher than 70.0% of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the study group was 6.7%,significantly lower than 26.7% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Etamsylate combined with aminomethylbenzoic acid in the treatment of patients with tuberculosis complicated with hemoptysis has significant clinical effect,can relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
