心理韧性护理训练对出院心肌梗死患者情绪调节的作用分析

Analysis on the Effect of Psychological Toughness Nursing Training on Emotional Regulation of Discharged Patients with Myocardial Infarction

目的探讨心理韧性护理训练对出院心肌梗死患者情绪调节和生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2018年8月我院的出院心肌梗死患者90例,随机分为心理组(心理韧性护理训练, 45例)和随访组(常规随访, 45例),比较两组患者干预前、干预3个月后的不良情绪和生活质量。结果干预前,两组患者的焦虑、抑郁评分比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预3个月后,心理组的焦虑、抑郁评分均显著低于随访组(P <0.05)。干预3个月后,心理组的情感职能、健康状况、社会职能、生理职能评分均显著高于随访组(P <0.05)。结论对出院心肌梗死患者实施心理韧性护理训练能够有效减轻患者的不良情绪,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the influence of psychological toughness nursing training on emotional regulation and quality of life of discharged patients with myocardial infarction.Methods 90 cases of discharged patients with myocardial infarction in our hospital from January 2018 to August 2018 were selected and randomly divided into psychological group(psychological toughness nursing training,45cases)and follow-up group(normal follow-up,45 cases).The negative emotion before intervention and 3 months after intervention and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,no statistical difference was found in the anxiety and depression scores between the two groups(P>0.05).3 months after intervention,the anxiety and depression scores of the psychological group were significantly lower than those of the follow-up group(P<0.05).3 months after intervention,the scores of emotional function,health status,social function and physiological function of the psychological group were significantly higher than those of the follow-up group(P<0.05).Conclusions Psychological toughness nursing training in discharged patients with myocardial infarction can effectively alleviate the negative emotion,and improve the quality of life.
