引导式教育在脑瘫儿童康复护理中的可行性 被引量:4

摘要 目的:分析将引导式教育用于脑瘫儿童康复护理工作中的可行性。方法:选取符合标准的脑瘫儿童60例按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例,其中对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组采取引导式教育法。比较2组护理总有效率、适应性发育商及生活质量水平。疗程均为6个月。结果:观察组护理总有效率为90.00%明显高于对照组66.67%(P<0.05);观察组适应性发育商水平(78.64±7.45)分明显高于对照组(65.08±6.88)分(P<0.05);且观察组运动协调能力、语言组织交流能力、认知能力以及生活自理能力各方面评分均高于对照组对应评分(P<0.05)。结论:为脑瘫儿童开展引导式教育有利于改善患者运动能力,提升其智力水平,确保儿童生活质量,该干预模式具有一定的可行性,值得推广。 Objective:To analyze the feasibility of using guided education in the rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy.Methods:Sixty patients with cerebral palsy treated in our hospital from February 2017 to May 2018 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,30 of them were treated with routine nursing intervention.The group adopts a guided education approach.The total effective rate,adaptive developmental quotient and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After 6 months of different rehabilitation interventions, the total effective rate of observation group was 90.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group (66.67%)(P<0.05).The adaptive development quotient level of the observation group (78.64±7.45)was significantly higher than that of the control group.The group (65.08±6.88)points (P<0.05);and the scores of exercise coordination ability,language organization communication ability,cognitive ability and self-care ability of the observation group were higher than the corresponding scores of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Guided education for children with cerebral palsy is beneficial to improve the exercise ability of patients,improve their intelligence level and ensure the quality of life of children.This intervention model has certain feasibility and is worth promoting.
