贫困户反贫措施的响应行为研究——基于凤凰县贫困户调查数据

On the Responsive Behavior of Anti-poverty Measures for Poor Households——A Case Study of Survey Data of Poor Households in Fenghuang County

2018～2020年,我国发展进入全面建成小康社会的决战决胜阶段,减贫事业也进入了脱贫攻坚时期。文章基于湖南省凤凰县筸子坪镇、沱江镇、两林乡三个乡(镇)511户贫困户的调查数据,运用Logistic分析方法剖析贫困户响应各种反贫措施的主要影响因素。分析表明:决策主体、实施成本、实施难易、家庭经济状况是影响贫困户响应反贫措施行为的主要因素;同时,贫困户在响应反贫措施的时候容易受个人主观能动性和自身局限性制约,最终导致贫困户的响应结果偏离理性的轨道。但大多数贫困户对反贫措施的响应是积极的。

From 2018 to 2020,China’s development has entered the decisive stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way,and the cause of poverty reduction has also entered a period of getting rid of poverty and tackling key problems.Based on the survey data of 511 poor households in three townships(towns) of Fenghuang County,Hunan Province,this paper analyzes the main factors influencing the response of poor households to various anti-poverty measures by means of Logistic analysis.The analysis shows that the main factors affecting the poor households’ response to anti-poverty measures are the main decision makers,the cost of implementation,the difficulty of implementation and the family economic situation.Poor households in response to anti-poverty measures are subject to individual subjectivity and their own limitations,and ultimately cause poor households responsive results to deviate from the rational track.But most poor households have responded positively to anti-poverty measures.
