发展中药配方颗粒是中药饮片改革的新形势,配方颗粒的使用能满足现代人追求快捷简便的需求,应用前景广阔。本文从化学成分、临床药理、制备工艺、质量标准和调剂等方面阐述中药配方颗粒研究现状,总结现阶段存在的一些问题,并针对性地提出建议,为配方颗粒的标准化建设提供参考。

Development of traditional Chinese medicine formula granules is a new trend in the reform of traditional pieces of decoction. Application of formula granules is the fast and convenient way to meet people’s requirements and has bright application prospect. This article described the research status of traditional Chinese medicine formula granules from chemical compositions, clinical pharmacology, preparation process, quality standards, and modification. Current problems were summarized and suggestions provided for the standardization of formula granules.
