品管圈在提高治疗药物血药浓度达标率中的应用

Quality control circle in improving the standard rate of blood drug concentration

目的探讨品管圈活动在提高治疗药物血药浓度达标率中的应用效果。方法将品管圈活动管理理念应用于提高治疗药物血药浓度达标率,分析治疗药物血药浓度达标率偏低的原因,制定对应解决措施,并评估此次品管圈活动成果。结果品管圈活动的实施,使本院治疗药物血药浓度达标率由54.55%(30/55)提高至80.88%(55/68);同时圈员的品管手法、工作热情、团队精神以及责任与荣誉均得到明显提高。结论品管圈活动的实施有助于提高治疗药物血药浓度达标率,为个体化用药提供有利保障。

Objective To determine the role of quality control circle(QCC) in improving the standard rate of blood drug concentration. Methods QCC was applied to analyze the reasons for the lows standard rate of drug blood drug concentration, establish corresponding solutions, and evaluate the results of the product management circle. Results The standard rate of blood drug concentration was increased from 54.55% to 80.88% after implementing the QCC and intangible outcome included work enthusiasm, team spirit and responsibility and sense of honor. Conclusion The implementation of QCC improves the standard rate of drug concentration, and guarantees individualized medicine.
