Predictors of hematoma growth in acute intracerebral hemorrhage:clinical, imaging features,and biomarkers

摘要 脑出血是最主要的出血性卒中类型,其致死率和致残率居各类卒中之首。继发血肿增大是脑出血患者早期神经功能恶化和转归不良的独立危险因素。文章从临床特点、实验室检查及影像学检查方面,对脑出血患者血肿增大的预测因素和可能机制进行了综述。 Intracerebral hemorrhage is the most important type of hemorrhagic stroke,and its mortality and disability rate are the highest among all types of stroke.Secondary hematoma enlargement is an independent risk factor for early neurological deterioration and poor outcome in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage.This article reviews the predictive factors and possible mechanisms of hematoma enlargement in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage from the aspects of clinical features,laboratory examination,and imaging examination.
