汉代“三年之丧”的形态演进及其动因探析

An Analysis on Evolution and Reconstruction of Three-year Mourning Custom in Han Dynasty

"三年之丧"作为"人道之至文者也",承载着厚重的文化内涵与极高的德行要求,在此基于对于"三年之丧"的起源认识,来着眼于汉代"三年之丧"实施的具体情况,将其分为汉初"短丧诏"的特殊历史背景、西汉中后期的磨合、调整阶段、东汉复归居丧礼义的反视阶段,来分析这一重礼的社会动因与文化背景,由此达到对于丧礼制度的演变与转化更具体的理解。

"Mourning for three years"is the most solemn funeral,which carrying heavy cultural connotations and high moral requirements. Through the understanding of the origin of"three years of bereavement",the author focuses on the implementation of the "three year mourning"in the Han Dynasty,and try to divide the history of Threeyear mourning custom in Han Dynasty into three parts,in order to analyze the social motivation and cultural background of this ritual. As a result,we can achieve a more specific understanding of the evolution and transformation of the funeral system.
