船舶机舱细水雾降温的模拟试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了检验船舶机舱内设置的细水雾系统的降温效果,进行了模拟船舶机舱自然冷却、机械通风和利用细水雾喷放3种降温方式的对比试验。试验结果表明,自然通风的降温效果最差,细水雾降温效果最好。与机械通风的降温效果相比,细水雾降温效率提高了7倍以上,且能耗最低。研究还发现,中高压细水雾系统本身的压力变化对降温影响差异不大,因此普通造价的中压细水雾系统完全可以满足机舱的降温要求。 In order to test the cooling effect of the water mist system in the cabin of a ship,this paper introduces the cooling principle of water mist and carries out a comparative test of simulating the three cooling methods of natural cooling in the cabin of a ship,mechanical ventilation and the use of fine water mist. The experiment indicates that the cooling efficiency of water mist is seven times more effective of mechanical ventilation. The result of water mist cooling is apparent. In addition,the consuming of energy is pretty low. The research has also showed that the specific pressure of mid-high pressure water mist has hardly influence on cooling effect. Therefore,the low price mid-high pressure water mist system is totally available.
