摘要
以苯并呋咱为荧光团,合成了一种荧光增强型铜离子探针4-肼基-7-硝基苯并呋咱(ZY9),并研究了其荧光光谱性质。实验结果表明,ZY9对Cu^(2+)的选择性高,响应快,抗干扰能力强。ZY9对Cu^(2+)的线性响应范围为(0. 4~6. 1)×10^(-5)mol/L,对Cu^(2+)识别的pH范围为5~8。在不同水样中,ZY9对Cu^(2+)的检测结果表明,其在水体污染监控领域具有潜在的应用价值。
A fluorescence enhancement probe 4-hydrazino-7-nitrobenzofurazan( ZY9) for the detection of Cu^2+was synthesized and characterized by employing benzofurazan as the fluorophore,and its fluorescent properties had been researched. The results showed that ZY9 was highly selective to Cu^2+,and it had fast response and strong anti-interference ability. The linear response range of ZY9 to Cu^2+was( 0. 4 - 6. 1) ×10^-5 mol/L,and pH = 5 - 8 for the recognition of Cu^2+. The detection of Cu^2+in various water samples indicated that ZY9 had potential application in the monitoring of water pollution.
