Study on Construction Scheme of Zhangguizhuang Railway Station Steel Structure on Operation Line

现如今,建筑行业正朝着多样化不断发展,并对钢结构施工提出了更为严格的要求。以津滨轻轨张贵庄站的站台钢结构施工工程为研究背景,从施工准备、吊装方案、吊装验算及结构施工等方面进行了钢结构施工的安装方案、强化施工的对策分析,以保证整体施工的安全性,并保障工程施工顺利进行。在对施工方案进行系统性地分析后发现,做好钢结构施工方案的探究工作,从基础上确保钢结构施工质量,同时结合工程特性和要求,采取对应的施工质量管理方式,合理选择对应的施工技术和工艺,才能在保证钢结构施工质量的同时,实现建筑工程整体施工水平的提升。

As the construction industry has been increasingly developing towards diversification,stricter standards are put forward for the steel structure construction. Taking the construction of platform steel structure of Zhangguizhuang Station of Jin-Bin Light Railway as the research background,this paper analyzes the installation scheme and strengthening construction countermeasures of steel structure construction from the aspects of construction preparation,hoisting scheme,hoisting calculation and structure construction,which not only guarantees the safety of the whole construction,but also guarantees the smooth construction of the project. After the systematical analysis,it is found that study on steel structure construction scheme is the foundation to ensure the quality of steel structure construction. Combined with engineering characteristics and requirements,choosing the corresponding construction technique and craft and adopting corresponding way of construction quality management,both can ensure the quality of steel structure construction and at the same time can improve the quality of architectural engineering construction.
