双J型输尿管支架管长度对患者生活质量的影响

Effect of indwelling different lengths double J ureteral stents on patients' quality of life

目的:观察输尿管镜术后留置不同长度双J型输尿管支架管(以下简称双J管)对患者生活质量的影响。方法:选取2017年9月至2018年2月在郑州大学第二附属医院行单侧输尿管镜手术并留置双J管的患者为研究对象,将患者随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组(n=60)术后留置单一长度F5双J管;观察组(n=60)根据CT尿路造影测得输尿管长度留置对应长度F5双J管。术后第1周、第4周接受布里斯托输尿管支架症状问卷(Ureteric Stent Symptom Questionnaire,USSQ),记录并比较USSQ各项评分及双J管越过中线情况。结果:观察组术后第1,4周USSQ中泌尿系症状评分、身体疼痛症状评分、健康状况评分、其他问题评分均优于对照组,其组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组工作表现评分和性生活质量评分组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:术前通过测量选择合适长度的双J管能显著减少并发症,提高患者生活质量。

Objective: To observe the effect of different length of double J ureteral stent(double J tube) on the quality of life of patients after ureteroscopy. Methods: Patients who underwent unilateral ureteroscope surgery with double J tubes in our hospital from September 2017 to February 2018 were selected as study objects, and all patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. In the control group(n=60), single length F5 double J tube was retained after surgery. The observation group(n=60) obtained the length of ureter and the corresponding length of F5 double J tube by CT urography. At week 1 and 4 after operation, patients received the Bristol ureteral stent symptom questionnaire, to record and compare the Ureteric Stent Symptom Questionnaire(USSQ) scores and double J tube crossing the midline. Results: The urinary symptoms, physical pain symptoms, health status and other questions in the observation group were better than those in the control group at week 1 and 4 after surgery, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no difference between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: Preoperative selection of double J tube with appropriate length can significantly reduce complications and improve patients’ quality of life.
