以法律选修课程建设为载体培育学生法治素养——以“法律伴我健康成长”为例

Cultivating Students' Legal Literacy by Taking Construction of Law Elective Courses as a Carrier——Taking“Law Accompanying My Healthy Growth”as an Example

法治意识是高中思想政治学科的核心素养之一。培育核心素养,应立足于课程这一重要的载体,高度重视课程资源的利用和课程资源的开发。就高中思想政治学科而言,要切实加强选修课程的建设,努力实现必修和选修、国家课程和校本课程相辅相成、相互补充,一体建设、共同推进。以开发并实施法律选修课程"法律伴我健康成长"为例,从教学目标、教学资源以及教学方式等多个角度,探讨培育学生法治素养的有效途径。

"Consciousness of rule of law" is one of the core qualities of high school ideological and political subjects. To cultivate core quality, we should base on curriculum as an important carrier and attach great importance to the utilization and development of curriculum resources. As far as the ideological and political subject in senior high school is concerned, we should strengthen the con? struction of elective courses, strive to realize the complementation of compulsory and elective courses, national courses and schoolbased courses, and promote them together. Taking the development and implementation of the optional course " Law Accompanying My Healthy Growthn as an example, this paper explores the effective ways to cultivate students' legal literacy from the perspectives of teaching objectives, teaching resources and teaching methods.
