工科大学生学业困难精准帮扶工作体系研究——基于KPI考核体系

Research on Accurate Assistance System for Engineering College Students with Academic Difficulties——Based on KPI Assessment System

工科大学生学业困难精准帮扶工作是指针对不同学业困难学生的情况、不同学业困难学生面临的问题,运用科学有效程序对学业困难学生实施精确识别、精确帮扶、精确管理的学生学业指导形式。根据每个学生不同的问题和短板,选择对学生进行精准指导的方式,在此过程中引入KPI体系进行考量,研究出一套适用于工科学生特色的学业困难精准帮扶的工作体系。

The accurate assistance system for engineering students who were suffering from academic difficulties is aimed at different problems of the students,making the accurate identification,help and administration by using scientific and effective procedures in the academic guidance. According to the different problems of each student,we should choose the accurate guiding method. In this process,KPI( Key Performance Indicator) system is introduced to consider,and a set of work system suitable for engineering students’ academic difficulties is developed.
