摘要
为适应新课标对语文教师提出的新要求,教师的素养必须得到科学的建构。从教师应具备的知识素养、能力素养、心理素养等方面对语文教师在课程发展中角色的转变进行研究分析。在大力发展素质教育的今天,根据新课改的要求提高教师素养是实施素质教育的关键。
In order to meet the new requirements of the new curriculum standards for language teachers,the quality of teachers must be scientifically constructed. From the knowledge literacy,ability literacy and psychological literacy that teachers should possess,the research on the transformation of Chinese teachers in the curriculum development is carried out. In today’s vigorous development of quality education,upgrading teachers’ literacy according to the requirements of the new curriculum reform is the foothold of implementing quality education.
