高中课堂中基于“鲶鱼效应”的女教师柔性控制策略

摘要 "鲶鱼效应"是一种激励与竞争机制,分析"鲶鱼效应"的内涵及作用,对于高中课堂中的柔性控制及其必要性作出解释,将"鲶鱼效应"与女教师的柔性控制策略联系在一起,以期优化课堂教学。 The catfish effect is an incentive and competition mechanism. In this paper,the connotation and function of "catfish effect"are analyzed. The flexible control and its necessity in high school classroom are explained. The "catfish effect"is associated with the flexible control strategy of female teachers in order to optimize the classroom teaching.
