Growth Guidance of New Physical Education Teachers in Colleges and Universities at Adaptation Stage

近年来,湖南警察学院诸多教师因为年龄临近退休,新教师接二连三地充实于教学队伍之中,随之而来的问题也逐渐体现,处于适应阶段的新进体育教师在思想、教学、生活上都面临着诸多问题。加强对新进教师教学经验的传、帮、带,注重对他们正确地引导与培养,以促使新进青年教师尽快成长。

In recent years,many teachers of Hunan Police College have retired because of their age,and new teachers have been enriched in the teaching team one after another. The problems have gradually emerged. The new physical education teachers in the adaptation stage are facing many problems in thought,teaching and life. Strengthening the teaching,experience,and training of new teachers and paying attention to correct guiding and training for them can promote young teachers to grow up as soon as possible.
