摘要
幼儿园社会资源的有效整合、社会资源教育功能的有效开发及利用,是幼儿园思考和关注的问题,也是开创优质幼儿园管理模式的有效途径。有效利用社会资源,可以从社区资源和家庭资源两个方面入手,通过走进生活、迁移资源、聚焦媒体、奉献社会、畅通渠道、搭建平台和开放请进等方法和途径有效利用社会资源,为幼儿发展创造良好的条件。
Effective integration of social resources,effective development and utilization of social resources education function in kindergartens are the problems that all kindergartens have been thinking and paying attention to,and also effective ways to create a quality kindergarten management model. Effective use of social resources can start from the two aspects of community resources and family resources. Effective use of social resources can create favorable conditions for children’s development through such methods and approaches as entering into the life,migrating resources,focusing on media,contributing to society,opening channels,building platforms and opening access.
