岛礁作业人员心身健康现况调查

Psychosomatic health of island-reef operating personnel in South China Sea:a cross-sectional study

目的调查岛礁作业人员的心身健康状况,并分析不同人口学特征岛礁作业人员心身健康状况的差异。方法整群抽样选取南海某3所岛礁的318名作业人员,运用简易心身健康调查表,进行心身健康状况的调查。结果3所岛礁作业人员心身健康障碍检出率为76.73%(244/318);回答“是”表示存在相应症状,阳性回答前10位的条目分别是:颈部及四肢沉重感(66.35%)、入睡困难(59.43%)、全身乏力(52.51%)、背痛(43.40%)、易醒(42.45%)、便秘(39.94%)、坐立不安(39131%)、易出汗(38.05%)、容易紧张(37.42%)、肌肉疼痛(33.96%);不同人口学特征(教育程度、婚姻状况、此次岛礁作业时间、共驻岛礁时间)的岛礁作业人员的心身健康得分之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论岛礁作业人员普遍存在心身健康问题,有待进一步提高;岛礁作业人员的心身健康水平与教育程度、婚姻状况、驻礁时间有关。

Objective To investigate the psychosomatic health status of the island reef personnel and analyze the differences in psychosomatic health with different demographic characteristics.Methods A total of 318 personnel from a certain three island reefs in the South China Sea were selected by cluster sampling,and a simple physical and mental health questionnaire was used to investigate the state of the psychosomatic health.Results The detection rate of psychosomatic health disorders among the three island reef personnel was 76.73%(244/318);the answer"yes" indicated that there were corresponding symptoms,and the top 10 respondents were positive:the neck and limbs were heavy (66.35%),difficulty falling asleep (59.43%),generalized fatigue (52.51%),back pain (43.40%),awakening (42.45%), constipation (39.94%),restlessness (39.31%),prone to sweating (38.05%),easily stressed (37.42%),muscle pain (33.96%);Differences in psychosomatic health scores among island reef personnel with different demographic characteristics (educational level,marital status,duration of island reef work,co-resident island reef time)Statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion There are widespread psychosomatic health problems among island reef personnel, which need to be further improved.The level of physical and mental health of island reef workers is related to education,marital status,and time spent on reefs.
