电力海绵城市系统研究与应用

摘要 传统运行模式下,电网在安全性、经济性、消纳区外可再生能源等方面存在瓶颈。同时,由于信息孤岛效应的存在,用户侧电力资源闲置浪费和电力商品属性单一的问题突出。基于"互联网+智慧能源"的理念,从组织架构、技术架构、生态架构等方面系统阐述了电力海绵城市系统的设计思路,并提出了8大应用创新。基于上述设计理念,开发了城市用电侧电力统一管理平台,并上线运行。电力海绵城市系统是实现"需求弹性,供需协同"与"区内平衡,广域协同"的网约电平台,属于能源互联网新模式和新业态的创新实践。 Under the traditional operation mode,there are bottlenecks in the security,economy and renewable energy consumption of power grid. At the same time,due to the existence of information island effect,the problems are prominent,which are idle and waste of power resources and single attribute of commodities on the urban utilization-side. Based on the idea of"Internet plus intelligent energy",this paper systematically expounded the design ideas of the power sponge city system from the organizational structure,the technical framework and the ecological framework,and put forward 8 major application innovations. Based on the above design concept,a unified management platform for urban utilization-side power load was developed. The electric sponge city system is an innovative practice of realizing "demand elasticity,supply and demand synergy"and"regional balance,wide-area synergy",which belongs to the new mode and new format of energy Internet.
