关于清末《预备立宪官话报》的几点考辩

Investigations on the "Official Newspaper on Preparatory Constitutionalism" in the Late Qing Dynasty

《预备立宪官话报》是清末立宪运动时期上海出版的一份宣传立宪运动的刊物,因其名称中有"预备立宪"四字,加之发行时间恰逢上海"预备立宪公会"成立之时,学者多认为《预备立宪官话报》为"预备立宪公会"所办。经考察论证,《预备立宪官话报》与预备立宪公会的机关报《预备立宪公会报》在发行者、发行时间、编辑所在地以及发行渠道方面完全不同;《官话报》的发起人庄景仲,按其身份很难进入预备立宪公会,预备立宪公会第一次会议人员名单中也没有他;且在《求我山人年谱》中并未发现庄景仲与预备立宪公会有何瓜葛,故二者之间并无关联。

The Official Newspaper on Preparatory Constitutionalism was a publication in Shanghai for advocating the constitutional movement in the late Qing Dynasty. Because its name has "preparatory constitutionalism" and its issue time coincides with that of the establishment of the "Preparatory Constitutionalism Society" in Shanghai, most scholars believe that the Newspaper was run by the Society. After investigation and argumentation, it is found that the Newspaper and the Gazette of the Preparatory Constitutionalism Society, which is the official newspaper of the Society, are completely different in terms of the issuer, issue time, office location and distribution channels;that Zhuang Jingzhong, the sponsor of the Newspaper, could not be included in the Society because of his identity, and he is not among the attendees of the first meeting of the Society;further, in the "Annals of Qiu Wo Shan Ren", no connection has been found between Zhuang Jingzhong and the Society.
