摘要
以硅烷改性聚醚树脂为基础聚合物,制备装配式建筑单、双组分MS密封胶,并对其性能进行了对比分析。研究结果表明:催化剂的用量和温度会影响表干时间,装配式建筑单组分MS密封胶催化剂用量以控制在0.16%为宜,10 mm深度固化时间≥72 h;双组分催化剂用量以控制在0.60%为宜,10 mm深度固化时间≤24 h;装配式建筑单、双组分MS密封胶宜选择聚酰胺蜡类触变剂,用量为1%;装配式建筑单组分MS密封胶的粘接效果、施工效率均优于双组分MS密封胶,单组分MS密封胶损耗量为15%左右,双组分MS密封胶损耗量为5%左右。
Using modified silane polymer as matrix,one/two-component MS sealants were prepared for prefabricated building,and their performance were compared and analyzed. The results showed that the amount of catalyst and temperature would affect tack free time. The catalyst amount of one-component MS sealant should be controlled at 0.16%,and the 10 mm depth curing time should be more than 72 h. The catalyst amount of two-component MS sealant should be controlled at 0.60%,and the 10 mm depth curing time should be less than 24 h. It was advisable to choose polyamide wax thixotropic agent with the amount of 1% for one/two-component MS sealants of prefabricated building. The bonding effect and construction efficiency of one-component MS sealant for prefabricated building was superior to the two-component MS sealant,while one-component MS sealant loss amount was about 15%,two-component MS sealant loss amount was about 5%.
