无卤阻燃耐电痕化改性环氧树脂复合绝缘层压制品的研制 被引量:2

摘要 采用含磷改性环氧树脂(EP-1000)与普通环氧树脂(EP-44)为主要原料,以双氰胺为固化剂、咪唑为促进剂,制备了改性环氧树脂,通过与玻璃纤维织物复合得到具有高耐电痕化、高阻燃、高耐热等特性的环境友好型环氧树脂复合绝缘层压制品,并对其热性能、电气性能、力学性能进行测试。结果表明:当EP-1000与E44的质量比为5∶5、Al(OH)_3质量分数为30%时,层压制品的综合性能最佳,相比电痕化指数可达到600 V,阻燃等级达到V-0级,玻璃化转变温度达183℃,155℃下热态弯曲强度保持率在70%以上。 A modified epoxy resin was prepared using phosphorous modified epoxy resin(EP-1000) and epoxy resin(EP-44) as main material, dicyandiamide as curing agent, and imidazole as accelerator. Then an environmental friendly epoxy resin laminate with high proof tracking, flame retardancy, and heat resistance was obtained by compositing with fiberglass cloth, and its flame retardancy, electrical properties,and mechanical properties were tested. The results show that when the mass ratio of EP-1000 and E44 is 5∶5 and the mass fraction of Al(OH)3is 30%, the laminate has the optimum properties. Its comparative tracking index is 600 V, the flame retardant rating reaches to V-0, the glass transition temperature reaches to 183 ℃, and the thermal retention rate of bending strength at 155℃ is above 70%.
