从静力学到动力学:过程哲学视域下大学人才培养的思维转换与模式重构

摘要 建立在实体论哲学基础上的静力学模式,认为大学人才培养活动是静态、封闭的体系。突破静力学培养模式的局限,首先要对其深层哲学根基进行置换,实现从实体论哲学向过程哲学、从实体思维向过程思维的转变。在怀特海过程哲学视域下,大学人才培养的活动具有生成性、内在关联性和创造性;以过程哲学为根基的动力学模式主张在人才培养的实践中转变人才观念,培养创新与实践型人才;丰富课程体系,增强课程选择性;改革教学方法,开展研究型教学。 Based on the entity theory,the talents training model is considered to be a static and closed system.To break through the limitations of the static talents training mode,the first thing is to replace its deep philosophical foundation and realize the change from the entity theory to process philosophy and relationship thinking.In the perspective of Whitehead’s process philosophy,the process of university talent training is generative,intrinsically correlative and creative.The dynamic model based on process philosophy advocates changing the concept of talents,cultivating innovative and practical talents;enriching the curriculum system,creating comprehensive practical courses and enhance the selectivity of curriculum;reforming teaching methods and carrying out research-based teaching.
