摘要
中医文化深具中国传统文化特质,由此成为理解健康价值和追寻人文世界的重要方法论视域。医学人文教育是回应医学与社会关系的伦理关切和价值追寻的学科体系,急需通过中医文化的融入来强化自身的工具属性。文章以质性研究为手段,回溯了当前国内医学人文教育课程体系序贯性建设中医文化背景的缺失表征,强调通过实践整合的原则开拓中医文化融入医学人文课程体系的范式创新进路。并详析了通过中医文化与科学课程交叉性的内容建设、系统性和连续性的课程开设模式以及综合性的课程序贯性保障机制为改革路径,推进中医文化融入医学人文课程序贯性体系的建设进程。
Traditional Chinese medicine culture,which can fully reflect the essence of Chinese traditional culture,is an important methodological perspective to understand value of health and pursuit human world. As the discipline system to respond to ethical concerns and value pursuit between medicine and social relations,medical humanity education desiderates to strengthen its own tool properties with the integration of traditional Chinese medicine culture. Beginning with qualitative inquiry,this essay systematically rethinks the lack of sequentially constructing cultural background of traditional Chinese medicine of current domestic medical humanities education curriculum system. On that foundation,it not only emphasizes the paradigm innovation approach to integrate traditional Chinese medicine into medical humanities curriculum system by practice and integration,but also analyzes the reformation path,which includes the intersecting content construction of traditional Chinese medicine culture and science curriculum,course setting model of guaranteeing systematicness and continuity,sequential course guarantee mechanism. All of these are implemented to propel the integration of traditional Chinese medicine into the sequential constructing process of medical humanities curriculum system in China.
