20%烯啶虫胺注干可溶粒剂研制及应用 被引量:9

The Development and Application of Nitenpyram 20% Soluble Granule for Trunk Injection

摘要 [目的]研发城市绿化树木害虫绿色防控新产品及使用技术。[方法]将烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚吸附于可溶性淀粉,与烯啶虫胺原药、水溶性载体及黏结剂均匀搅拌,挤压造粒干燥,配制出20%烯啶虫胺注干可溶粒剂。在悬铃木等6种城市绿化树上,注干使用20%烯啶虫胺注干可溶粒剂,观察其溶解性、传导性,以及对悬铃木方翅网蝽的防治效果。[结果]在树干基部打孔施药,3~5 d内,注干可溶粒剂在树木注孔内完全溶解,烯啶虫胺在银杏、香樟、含笑、悬铃木、无患子和黄山栾树中均可进行传导分布;林间试验表明,20%烯啶虫胺注干可溶粒剂对悬铃木方翅网蝽的防治效果可达98.04%,且药效可保持整个方翅网蝽发生期。可溶粒剂注干施用,对树木损伤小。[结论]注干可溶粒剂适合用于树木害虫防控,对环境无影响,避免了对人的意外伤害,在城市绿化树害虫防控中有很大的推广应用价值。 [Aims] The objective was to develop new products and technologies for green prevention and control of greening tree pests in cities. [Methods] Alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether was absorbed on the soluble starch,homogeneously stirred with nitenpyram, water-soluble carrier and blinder, granulated and dried, and nitenpyram 20%soluble granule was prepared for injection. The solubleness, conductivity and the control effects on Corythucha ciliata were observed by injection with nitenpyram 20% soluble granule on 6 kinds of urban greening trees such as platanus.[Results] Injection at the base of the trunk, soluble granules were completely dissolved in the injection hole of the tree in 3-5 d. The transmission and distribution of nitenpyram can be found in Ginkgo biloba L., Cinnamomum camphora,Michelia chapensis, Platanus orientalis L., Sapindus mukorossi Gaertn. and Koelreuteria bipinnata var. integrifoliola.The field trials showed that the control effect of nitenpyram 20% soluble granule on Corythucha ciliata can be 98.04%,and the efficacy can maintain the whole occurrence period of Corythucha ciliata, and the injection has little damage to the trees. [Conclusions] The injection of soluble granules is suitable for the prevention and control of tree pests, and has no impact on the environment, and avoids accidental injury to humans, and has greet value of popularization and application in the prevention and control of urban greening tree pests.
