中医理论的形成和发展是历代医家通过临床经验的积累总结提升而来,溯本求渊能够使我们了解中医理论的发展脉络,对相关理论认识加深,探讨其中规律,以更好的促进理论的发展,进而更好的指导临床。文章在前人总结的古代医家、医籍对于痰证和瘀血证的认识及胸痹心痛病中有关痰症和瘀血证论述的基础上,对胸痹心痛病痰瘀互结证的理论渊源及中医理论如何更好的发展做简要的探讨。各代医家对痰、瘀血的认识促进了二者在胸痹心痛病中的证治认识,胸痹心痛病痰瘀互结证并非古有而是在痰症和瘀血证理论逐步完善的基础上结合现代医学对胸痹心痛病的病理认识及现代医家的临床用药经验总结提炼出来,具有一定时代性和合理性。中医理论发展滞缓的原因并非理论的落后,而正是其强大性和前沿性。中医理论的发展应在尊重中医自身特点的基础上结合现代科学认识,通过临床检验,促进其发展。

The formation and development of traditional Chinese medicine is through the accumulation of clinical experience of the ancient physicians.Tracing the origin can make us understand the development of TCM,deepen the understanding of the related theory.Exploring the laws can better promote the development,and guide the clinical practice.The article,based on the previous summary of ancient physicians and the medical books understanding of the phlegm and blood stasis syndrome and the discussion on phlegm and blood stasis syndrome in chest pain,explores the origin of coronary heart disease with syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis and the theory of traditional Chinese medicine how to better development.Coronary heart disease with syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis did not exist in ancient times.It was summed up and extracted with the phlegm and blood stasis syndrome gradually improving and modern medical understanding of coronary heart disease and clinical medication experience.It has certain times and rationality.The slow development of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine is not due to its theroy dropped behind,but becasue of its powerful and frontier features.The development of TCM theory should be based on respecting the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine combined with modern scientific understanding and promoting its development through clinical examination.
