针灸治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的作用机制研究进展

Research Progress on Mechanism of Acupuncture in Treatment of Diabetic Gastroparesis

针灸治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫疗效确切,近5年来,针灸治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的作用机制研究取得了显著进展。笔者进行归纳分析,发现针灸可以通过调节神经功能,改善其原发病的自主神经病变,调节胃肠道激素变化,调节Cajal间质细胞,多途径调节胃肠肌运动,从而提高胃动力,降低血糖,改善胃肠功能障碍,提高胃排空率等途径对本病产生治疗作用,并指出目前研究所存在的问题及缺陷,对今后的研究提供了思路与参考。

Acupuncture is effective in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis(DGP).In the recent 5 years,acupuncture has made remarkable progress in the study of diabetic gastroparesis.The analysis found that acupuncture can regulate neurological function to improve its primary disease of autonomic neuropathy,regulate gastrointestinal hormone changes,Cajal interstitial cells and gastrointestinal muscle movement by multi-channel,thereby enhancing gastric motility,reducing blood sugar,improving gastrointestinal dysfunction,improving gastric emptying rate and other ways to produce the therapeutic effect of this disease.In addition,several problems and defects of related studies were pointed out,and reference and suggestion are provided for further research.
