脾气虚证糖尿病大鼠肝脏核受体FXR表达及意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨法尼酯衍生物X受体(FXR)在脾气虚证糖尿病大鼠肝脏中的表达状况。方法:40只SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组(NC组)和糖尿病模型组(DM组),检测空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹血清胰岛素(FINS),计算胰岛素敏感指数(ISI),取NC组和DM组肝脏组织,免疫组织化学法检测大鼠肝脏组织的FXR蛋白表达水平。结果:DM组FPG、FINS水平显著高于NC组,ISI显著低于NC组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。FXR在DM组肝脏中表达显著低于NC组(P<0.05)。结论:FXR是一个潜在的脾气虚证糖尿病发生生物标记物,其具体机制有待于进一步探索。 Objective: To investigate the expression of FXR in liver cells of diabetes rats with spleen-qi deficiency syndrome. Methods: The 40 SD rats were randomly divided into control group(NC group) and model group(DM group).We examined FPG, FINS, and calculated ISI. Meanwhile, the intensity of FXR protein expression in liver tissue of two groups was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: The levels of FPG and FINS in DM group were significantly higher than those in NC group, and ISI was significantly lower than that in NC group(P<0.05). The expression of FXR in the liver of DM group was significantly lower than that of NC group(P<0.05). Conclusion: FXR is a potential biomarker of spleen-qi deficiency syndrome of diabetes.
