Experience of TCM Master XUAN Guo-wei in Treating Scleroderma According to Stages

总结归纳禤国维治疗硬皮病的临床经验,禤教授认为本病的发病机制为肝肾不足,气血两虚,寒凝血瘀,痹阻脉络而致肌肤失养,病性为本虚标实;肝肾阴虚、气血不足为本,寒凝血瘀为标;提出了滋补肝肾、益气补血、温阳散寒、活血通络的总治则。

This paper summarized the clinical treatment experience of XUAN Guo-wei in treating scleroderma. Professor XUAN considers that the basic pathogenesis is skin losing nourishing caused by deficiency of liver and kidney, deficiency of Qi and blood, cold coagulation and blood stasis and arthralgia venation. The nature of disease is deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality, and deficiency in origin is focused on deficiency of liver and kidney, deficiency of Qi and blood, while excess in superficiality is focused on cold coagulation and blood stasis;Professor XUAN put forward the principle that nourishing liver and kidney, supplementing Qi and enriching blood, warming Yang and dispersing cold, promoting blood circulation and dredging collaterals.
