Research on Long Track Laying Method and Equipment Parameters of Ballasted Track

铺轨是铁路建设工程施工组织设计的主要内容之一,合理选择钢轨铺设方法并根据铺轨设备参数进行科学的设备选型十分必要。此文结合国内已建和在建有砟轨道长轨铺设的工程实践,阐述有砟轨道长轨铺设的主要方法、优缺点及适用范围,并就各种铺设方法采用的铺轨设备进行参数分析,为铁路建设工程铺轨设备的合理选型提供指导。

Track laying is one of the main contents of construction organization design of railway construction project. It is necessary to select reasonable track laying methods and scientific equipment based on the track laying equipment parameters. Combining with the engineering practice of long track laying of ballasted track of completed and under-construction railway projects in China,the main methods,advantages and disadvantages and application scope of long track laying of ballasted track are expounded in this paper.And the parameters of track laying equipment used in various laying methods are analyzed to provide guidance for the rational selection of track laying equipment.
