摘要
根据2016版《中长期铁路网规划》,到2025年,高速铁路网规模要达到3. 8万公里左右。这就要求今后一段时期,要加快高速铁路建设。高速铁路建设涉及到高新技术的集成,此文在阐述采用四电集成模式建设高速铁路具备几个方面优势的基础上,并进一步阐述采用四电集成模式建设高速铁路应采取的保障措施,以达到顺利建成项目的目的。
According to the Medium and Long-Term Railway Network Plan,the scale of the high-speed railway network will reach about 38,000 kilometers by 2025. The construction of high-speed railway will continue to accelerate in the future. The construction of high-speed railway involves the integration of high and new technology. The advantages of high-speed railway construction with four-power integration mode are expounded in this paper,and the safeguard measures that should be taken are further elaborated.
