摘要
随着高速铁路开通运营里程的不断增加,有的高铁线路已进入运营维护阶段。需对几何形位出现偏差的无砟轨道进行精调,为保证精调质量和作业效率,创新了一种"绝对+相对"的轨道精调方法。此文以京沪高铁无砟轨道精调为例,阐述对运营线路无砟轨道精调的特点及施工技术,并对其精调作业需要的工料机进行单价分析,为编制作业项目的概预定提供参考。
With the increasing operation mileage of high-speed railway,some high-speed railway lines have entered the operation and maintenance stage. The ballastless track with geometric deviation need precise adjustment. In order to ensure quality and efficiency of precise adjustment,the "absolute + relative"precise adjustment method is proposed. Taking the ballastless track precise adjustment of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway as an example,the characteristics and construction technology of precise adjustment are expounded in this paper. And the unit price of precise adjustment is analyzed,which provides reference for the budget estimates preparation of projects.
