加强铁路工程质量安全监管措施的探讨

Discussion on Strengthening Supervision Measures of Railway Engineering Quality and Safety

在铁路工程建设中,保障质量安全是其建设的基本要求,也是满足铁路运输生产的需要。铁路建设项目负责人应顺应新时代的发展要求,努力改变传统落后的工程质量管理方式,树立正确的质量安全管理理念,引用新型质量安全管理模式,以满足新形势下铁路发展的需求。此文在阐述铁路工程质量安全存在某些问题的基础上,分析与探讨产生质量安全问题的根本原因,并提出可采取的应对措施。

The guarantee quality and safety is the basic requirement of railway engineering construction,and also meets the needs of railway transportation production. The managers of railway construction project should comply with the development requirements,strive to change the traditional and backward engineering quality management mode,establish the correct quality and safety management concept,and introduce the new quality and safety management mode to meet the needs of railway development under the new situation. The problems in quality and safety of railway engineering are expounded,the root causes are analyzed,and the possible countermeasures are put forward in this paper.
