高强度聚焦超声治疗晚期胰腺癌的临床现状

Clinical status of high-intensity focused ultrasound in the treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer

胰腺癌属于常见的高度恶性的消化道肿瘤,具有早期难以诊断和根治性切除的特点,目前在临床上,主要的治疗策略的疗效均不明显。高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)以其无创的优势,在临床上与化疗、放疗和中药等联合治疗,取得了重大的进展,为晚期胰腺癌的临床治疗指引了一条新的道路。本文根据HIFU治疗晚期不可切除性胰腺癌的临床现状作一综述,以期为胰腺癌治疗领域的研究提供参考。

Pancreatic cancer is a common malignancy of the digestive system,which is difficult for early diagnosis and surgical resection.Currently,the main clinical treatment strategies are not effective.High-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU),for its non-invasive characteristic,with combination therapy,such as chemotherapy, radiotherapy and traditional Chinese medicine,has made great progress in the elinical treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer.This literature will review the clinical status of HIFU in in the treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer,in order to provide references for the study of pancreatic cancer.
