亚麻织物用新型氟硅油的合成及表征 被引量:4

Synthesis and characterization of novel fluorosilicone oils for linen fabric

摘要 以钯金属化合物为催化剂,以甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯和含氢硅油为原料,通过硅氢加成反应合成氟硅油。采用正交试验的方法,得出较佳的合成条件为:反应时间11 h、催化剂质量分数20×10-6、反应温度100℃、物料比1.1。并对原料和氟硅油进行了红外光谱测试,同时,通过扫描电子显微镜对氟硅油整理前后的亚麻表面形态进行表征。结果表明:氟烷基基团已成功地引入到含氢硅油侧链上,合成了新型氟硅油;经氟硅油整理后亚麻纤维的表面变得光滑,提高了服用性能。 Fluorosilicone oils are prepared by the hydrosilation using dodecyl heptafluoromethyl methacrylate and hydrogen silicone oil as materials. The orthogonal experimental method is used to obtain the preferred synthesis conditions : reaction time is 11 h,catalyst dosage is20×10-6,reaction temperature is 100℃, and material ratio is 1. 1. The raw materials and fluorosilicone oil are characterized by FTIR.Meanwhile, the structural changes and surface morphology of pristine linen and finished are characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The results indicate that the fluoroalkyl group is introduced into the side chain of hydrogen silicone oil, and fluorosilicone oil is synthesized. The flax fibers treated with fluorosilicone feature smooth surface and improved wearability.
