论毛泽东与延安马列学院的干部教育(1938—1941)

Mao Zedong and Leadership Education of Yan'an Marxism-Leninist College(1938-1941)

抗战初期,在毛泽东积极筹建下,马列学院于1938年在延安成立。为造就干部队伍,毛泽东积极参与到这所学校的干部教育之中,强调系统学习马列主义理论并与实践相结合。不久,毛泽东发现学院存在教条主义学风,不会运用马列主义的立场与方法分析和解决中国实际问题,由此,马列学院的功能开始转型。1941年马列学院改组为马列研究院,其后更名为中央研究院,并最终合并于中央党校。延安马列学院是党的干部教育的典范,开启了党独自从事中国化马克思主义理论学习与研究的先河,理论与实践相结合的干部教育模式也得以长期延续。

Under Mao Zedon’s advocate at the beginning of the Anti-Japanese War, School of MarxismLeninism was established in Yan’an in 1938. Mao Zedong involved himself in its leadership education, stressing the importance of integrating systematic study of Marxist-Leninist theory with practice. Mao soon identified a dogmatic academic atmosphere prevailing in the school, featuring a failure to use Marxist-Leninist theory and methodology to analyze and solve China’s practical problems, which started the transforming of its function. In1941, it was reorganized into Institute of Marxism-Leninism, later renamed Central Research Institute and eventually merged into Party School of the CPC Central Committee. Yan’an School of Marxism-Leninism set a model for Party leadership education. It opened up the way for the Party to engage in the study and research of Marxist theory in Chinese context, and its model of combining theory with practice in leadership education still prevails.
