Advancing the Supply-side Structural Reform of Book Publishing Industry from the Internal Optimization and the External Improvement

改革开放以来,图书出版业呈快速发展态势。时值今日,图书库存积压严重,无效供给过量,推进图书出版业供给侧结构性改革势在必行。作为内容产业的图书出版业,有其独特的产业发展规律,经济社会发展中出现的问题,或多或少、或快或慢地影响出版产业的发展。因而出版业的供给侧结构性改革是全产业链的,需要从内部优化与外部改善两个方面进行。

The book publishing industry has been developing rapidly since 1978.With the fast development over the last 40 years,both the backlog of books and the ineffective supply have increased heavily at the same time.It is imperative to push forward the supply-side structural reform of book publishing industry now.As a content-producing industry,the book publishing industry has its unique industrial developing pattern. The reform of book publishing industry must be relevant to the whole industry chain,and it should be carded out in two aspects:the internal optimization and the external improvement.
