From orgy to reason:the cognition and tendency of network anti-corruption in the context of media socialization

媒介社会是媒介与技术、社会阶层、政治力量的密切联系与互动关系的表达,其已经形成了媒介和技术在社会生活生产领域的覆盖和渗透。媒介俨然已经成为当前一种动态变化的社会力量,对不同社会阶层的组织和个体都产生了型塑和构建。网络反腐是在互联网技术影响下的媒介化社会中形成的一种新型公共舆论和公共治理模式。随着网络信息技术的深入变革,社会化媒体的兴盛和崛起,网民的理性回归以及政府部门的积极应对,网络反腐从最初的舆论狂欢和疲于应对逐渐回归到了理性和制度化。从对网络反腐的历程和特点的梳理和反思,本文在分析媒介化社会浪潮中网民、政府和学学术界不同的社会群体对网络反腐的认知变化过程,试图阐明当前网络反腐的发展动向和趋势。

Media society is the expression of the close connection and interaction between media and technology,social class,as well as political power.It has formed the coverage and penetration of media and technology in the production field of social life.Media has become a kind of social force of dynamic change, which has shaped and constructed the organizations and individuals of different social strata.Internet anti-corruption is a new public opinion and public governance model formed in the media society under the influence of Internet technology.With the in-depth reform of network information technology,the prosperity and rise of social media,the rational return of netizens and the active response of government departments,the network anti-corruption gradually returned to rationality and institutionalization from the initial public opinion carnival and fatigue.From the analysis and reflection of the course and characteristics of network anti-corruption,this paper analyzes the cognitive changes of network anti-corruption among different social groups of netizens,governments and academics in the wave of media-based society,trying to clarify the current development trend of network anti-corruntion and trend.
