播音主持人能力结构及提升路径

The structure and enhancement approaches on the ability of broadcasting and hosting

播音主持具有文化传播和价值引领的社会功能。但在实践中播音主持人的功能却没有充分发挥,主要原因在于从业者能力的差异。播音主持人能力是决定传媒影响力的主要因素。本文基于播音主持人能力结构分析,从社会、学校、个人三个层面提出播音主持人能力提升的路径,即社会建立专业化的行业管理协会和职业标准;高校改革教学模式,围绕语言力、叙述力、思维力、应变力等四个要素改进播音主持人才培养效果;播音主持人在实践中不断反思和提高,自觉实现能力持续提升和专业化发展。

Broadcasting and hosting have the function of culture communication and social value anchoring.However,the function of broadcasting and hosting has not been effective in practice.The main reason is the difference on the profession qualification.Based on the analysis of its function and qualification structure,this paper puts forward the enhancement approaches from three levels:the society should speed up the professionalization of this career,university should reform the talent cultivating system,and the practitioners should sustain self-reflection and improvement.
