摘要
西北区域是我国弃风弃光问题较为突出的地区之一,其系统内调峰能力不足是导致弃风弃光问题的关键性因素。本文在梳理西北区域调峰政策与补偿强度的基础上,结合各类调峰资源的经济补偿需求,分析西北区域调峰补偿强度与补偿需求的匹配关系。基于此,本文提出西北各省区调峰补偿政策的改进建议,以期为后续西北区域调峰政策的调整提供必要的参考。
Northwest China is one of the most prominent areas where the problem of renewable energy consumption. On the basis of collecting the Peak-regulation compensation mechanism policy and compensation intensity in Northwest China, and combining with the economic compensation demand of various Peak-regulation resources, this articleanalyzes the matching relationship between Peak-regulation compensation intensity and compensation demand in Northwest China, and puts forward some suggestions for the improvement of Peak-regulation compensation policy in Northwest China in order to follow up related policy in Northwest China.
